Skoda Peaq 2026 7-Seat Electric SUV

5 min read

The Skoda Peaq is the flagship of the Czech brand's electric range in 2026: a segment-E, 7-seat SUV designed for large families or anyone seeking space, range and technology without giving up a competitive price. Officially unveiled in June 2026 and available in Italy from October 2026, the Peaq positions itself as a concrete alternative to models such as the Peugeot E-5008, Tesla Model Y, Kia EV9 and Hyundai IONIQ 7.

The Peaq is the longest SUV in the Skoda range (4.87 m) and the first model from the brand to offer 7 seats as standard with no extra cost, while also allowing a 5-seat configuration to maximise boot space.

The Peaq adopts a thoroughly modern design, in line with Skoda's “Simply Clever” philosophy:

  • Tech Deck front end: the black grille is replaced by a flat surface with a T-shaped light signature.
  • Flush door handles: an absolute novelty for the brand, for a cleaner, more aerodynamic look.
  • Drag coefficient (Cx): from 0.246 to 0.270 depending on configuration.
  • Alloy wheels: from 19 inches as standard (Selection trim) up to optional 21 inches.
